METHODS
User Studies Before beginning the design process for the new interface and features, I conducted extensive research to better understand the market and users. It helped the team create a priority pipeline and focus on building essential features within a specified timeframe.
Key Finding: Users Were Confused Within The App
The user feedback showed us that users were confused when they tried to locate their colleagues’ profiles within the app in order to connect because users could only recognize each other by their pictures and names. Therefore, I revised the the user flow and redesigned the interface. The feedback on the new interface showed us users could complete a requested task (locate colleagues) in the app much faster than the old design.
